Ōmuro Yoshikazu is Seihō High's starting power forward. He is the second big next to Iwamura, responsible for boxing out and closing the weak-side help that makes Tsugawa's on-ball pressure safe.
He does not talk as much as the captain. His value is the extra body in the lane: Seihō's martial-arts defense only works if the forwards rotate on time.
NAME ETYMOLOGY
Ōmuro (大室): The kanji 大 (Ō) means "great" and 室 (Muro) means "room" or "chamber."
Yoshikazu (義和): The kanji 義 (Yoshi) means "righteousness" and 和 (Kazu) means "harmony" or "peace."
